Technical Audits & Configurations

We review how you're using Pardot today, and how it's connecting with your CRM. We examine configurations, settings, rules, and security. Email deliverability is analyzed, along with list hygiene, dynamic list rules, suppression lists, and preference centers. We partner with internal or 3rd party contacts to implement adjustments.

Engagement Program Strategy

During our project, we develop a series of strategy documents with supporting project implementation plans. This includes, how we approach Engagement Program functionality. We review data & field mapping to personas, content, and assets. We design and build new automated drip programs that support business goals, and provide reporting clarity.

Reporting & Analysis

We dig into the data. This includes providing weekly reporting that shows business impact and progress of the campaign. We analyze performance data and provide recommendations to further extend Pardot's impact. As we review this data across several cycles, it is an excellent chance to collaborate with stakeholders about future campaigns, and training agenda.

Training & Support

We train users on process, features, and functionality. This includes how to launch programs, manage configurations, and work with available data. Supporting documentation is provided, along with ongoing support. Clients find this essential for existing users, and new hire users entering the organization.
